There are several ways to incorporate your affiliate links in an article submitted for publication. The most common and acceptable way to do this is by including a short bio of yourself as author of the article along with a link to the site of your choice.

This will usually include you expressing yourself as an expert and suggesting that your readers go to a certain site for more information. You can also just tell readers that as an expert you highly recommend this certain product and have used it yourself.

This is called the author resource box and is standard practice with almost all article directories and submission sites. If you are submitting to individual sites make sure to include a disclaimer along with your article that the resource box must be included if the article is to be republished in any blog, ezine or newsletter. 

But another, albeit sneakier, way is to write a review of a certain product or service and tell the reader that they can have a look at the product by following the link in the article.

Many article directories will allow up to three such links within each article as long as the article itself is not just a blatant advertisement for said product.

This can work to your benefit as you may join several different affiliate programs within the same niche and do a comparison between them and include your link for each.

Another approach that works great is to weave your affiliate links into your articles by simply being creative with the wording.

By just describing a product or service within your article and using an affiliate link to take your readers to a page as an example that can better describe your points will more likely be accepted and also greatly increase the chances of the readers clicking your them.

Research has proven that the most effective affiliate links are text links. They far exceed banners and flash animations when it comes to click through rates. By adding these links into your articles and distributing them across the web and also using them on your own sites and blogs you will see more clicks and more affiliate sales.

If you are thinking of doing internet niche affiliate marketing remember to work on it like a true business. Quite often some think it’s just an easy means to make money with little effort.

These are a few tips that will help you win the game of niche affiliate marketing:

1. Select your target audience first. First identify who are the people you would like to sell your product to. Start on the basic premise of identifying potential customers before actually selling your product.
2. Use Multiple domains for multiple niches. Most people doing niche affiliate marketing have multiple domains and multiple websites. You can have many domains if you have varied topics, and each of whom can warrant a website of its own.
3. Consider using competitive research tools. There are many excellent competitive research tools that can you give you a jump start into a marketing niche. Tools like SpyFu, SeoDigger, KeywordSpy are just a few that can make it easier for you to succeed in your affiliate marketing ventures.
4. Have a second-in-command. Business owners can often feel alone in the overwhelming task of running their operations. They wear many hats and are often dealing with many different issues all at the same time. Hiring someone to help run the operations can allow the owner to spend more time on other issues they deem necessary.
5. Use short paragraphs for article affiliate marketing. Use short paragraphs. When the paragraph are very long, the words get jumbled in the mind of the reader just looking at it It can get quite confusing and too much of a hard work to read. The reader will just quickly disregard the paragraph and move on to much easier reading articles that are good to look at as well as read. Paragraphs can be a single sentence, sometimes even a single word!

Yes it’s true that niche affiliate marketing can generate good income. However you must work hard at it and it’s a respectable livelihood.

Work regularly and track what is working and things that are ineffective. You might even keep a notebook in order to visualize critical aspects of your business. You’d be amazed by daily rituals that don’t have any measurable effect on increasing profits. Test it yourself and you’ll be stunned.
